Windows
Setup installer (.exe) — run after download; RasoiOS Desktop opens when install finishes.
Pilot / self-signed. If Windows or Chrome blocks the file, it is SmartScreen / Mark-of-the-Web — not a corrupt installer.1. Right-click the .exe → Properties → check Unblock → OK

Mac
Disk image (.dmg) — open, drag to Applications, then launch RasoiOS Desktop.
Pilot / unsigned. If macOS says the app is "damaged", that is Gatekeeper quarantine — not a corrupt file. In Terminal run:xattr -cr ~/Downloads/RasoiOS-Desktop-latest.dmgThen open the DMG again, drag to Applications, and run:xattr -cr "/Applications/RasoiOS Desktop (Internal).app"

Print Agent for Windows & Mac
Install on the billing PC connected to your thermal printer. Required for KOT and bill printing from Owner Portal and Counter Billing.
